About Me
A new addition to the music industry, I used my choice of further and higher education as a chance to enhance my knowledge of how the business functions in order to become an asset for artists. I am an enthusiastic emerging music professional, keen to see all of the talented creators out there thrive and make a healthy living from their craft.
Beswick Management Ltd, a new talent management company based in the UK, exists to support and guide artists to their goals with administrative, strategic and creative support as an open and fair partnership. CB Promotions, a trading name of Beswick Management Ltd, exists to support the grassroots and emerging indie and alt scene with an ever-growing frequency of high-quality gig opportunities.

My Background
My journey into the music business started with piano lessons at school, which progressed into choosing BTEC Music Practice as a GCSE option, an Extended Diploma in Music Technology (D*DD) at Sheffield's iconic Red Tape Studios before heading to BIMM Music Institute Birmingham to complete my education with a BA(Hons) Music Business degree (1:1).
Throughout my diploma, I explored areas including live sound, studio recording, mixing and mastering, DJ performance techniques, remixing and reworking, creative synthesis and sampling and more. During my degree, I covered topics including music publishing, artist management, psychology of music, music law, business & enterprise, digital marketing, branding, diversity in the creative industries and more.
Alongside studying, I spent my spare time developing my network and experience through writing gig reviews, working on grassroots label projects, work experience at a music distributor, festival work (including operations, stage crew, artist liaison and more), promoting gigs and managing grassroots artists.
As the Founder and Director of Beswick Management Ltd, I now hope to use what I have learned to support artists around the world in their development.
